Training use guidelines

Vapi Academy is an internal learning resource for Vapi Sales Engineering and Customer Success. Use your own authorized vapi.ai Google Workspace account to access the lessons and exercises.

Practice with the supplied scenarios

The exercises use illustrative customer environments. They do not place real calls, configure a carrier, change a Vapi account, or connect to a customer's CRM or contact center. Use the provided scenarios and keep real customer personal information, credentials, and production secrets out of exercise notes.

Validate real customer designs

The exercises teach solution design and provide feedback against their stated requirements. A passing result does not certify a production deployment or guarantee interoperability. For a real customer, confirm current product documentation, carrier and platform capabilities, and the customer's requirements, then test the design through the appropriate Vapi process.

Progress and feedback

Progress is saved in this browser, and exercise attempts are temporary. This app does not maintain a central certification or employee evaluation record. See the privacy notice for details. Report content corrections and access issues to the Vapi training administrator through your internal channels.
